Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)
Unactivated & sealed devices in retail boxes that meet manufacturer specifications for resale. Comes with a warranty from Apple. The devices are in pristine condition and are like new.
Official Apple ASIS+
Apple-tested, bulk packaged stock, graded A+. All worldwide specs available, like: EU / US / JAP / CHINA, sealed in master cartons of 20. Excellent value option.
ASIS+, the best-available ASIS Apple-used grade, also called Pristine. Similar to CPO but without retail packaging and warranty. It’s unactivated and has 100% battery. There is no warranty, you can return only based on sim lock, DOA, MDM and all similar problems.

Apple ASIS EU spec. is tested stock by Apple, which comes in a mixed grade. Most of the stock is A and A/B grade, a maximum of 10% is B or C grade. The newer the model, the better the yield. The newest iPhone model, for example, will give you 80% A grade, maybe 18% A/B and 2% B or C on average. For the newest iPhone series, it’s even possible that all devices are A grade. Older 3-4 year old models trend toward more B/C, around 5-10% on average. It’s sealed by Apple in master cartons of 20 pieces. There is no warranty, you can return only based on sim lock, DOA, MDM and all similar problems.
Carrier trade-in (ASIS)
ASIS carrier trade-in stock direct from mobile operators. Offered at very competitive pricing compared to individually graded models.
Comes without comprehensive warranty, but guaranteed free of locks, remote management, etc. Available in different quality mixes. For example, there is a Carrier ASIS gradation which contains mainly A grade, but also a Carrier ASIS gradation which mainly contains B and C grades.

This premium grade is like new with no signs of use. The housing and screen are completely free of any scratches, scuffs, marks, or other imperfections. It offers a fresh-outof-the-box feeling. Devices are thoroughly cleansed and inspected. The best grade we offer.

A Grade
Used with minimal sings of use, minor scratches or marks, up to 3 max. Fully operational and an excellent value.
Used with only minor signs of careful use. May have up to 3 small micro-scratches that are not easily visible. If there are scratches on the screen, they’re barely visible. Looks virtually untouched otherwise. An excellent value grade that provides outstanding quality and performance.

A/B Grade
Very good condition with normal wear and tear marks. May have small scratches but is fully functional.
Displays normal but light signs of wear and tear from use. May have small scratches or scuffs on the housing or screen that do not affect functionality. An exceptional value device in great shape.

Can have one small deep scratch if the rest of the device has similar wear and tear as A(+) grade.
B Grade

How we handle RMA
At Fixje, we offer a dedicated RMA team processing returns within 2 business days and an extended 35-day warranty on graded orders, which starts on the day of delivery. Allowing you to provide 30 days coverage to your customers. We made these improvements to better assist you with any issues. Please contact our helpful RMA department by emailing rma@fixje.nl regarding any warranty returns or repairs needed within the coverage period. We aim to make the RMA process quick and simple.
